Hosts spend their evenings, their weekends, their bank holidays answering guests. The same questions. The same access codes. The same check-in times. Every ten minutes.

I tested every solution: basic virtual assistants, automated FAQs, generic chatbots. Nothing really worked. Guests wanted to talk to someone, not to a drop-down menu.

When Nicolas showed me what the new conversational AI models could do, I realised we could finally solve this problem for real. Not 80 percent. Not "most of the time". Really.
