Request the deletion

01Who can ask

Anyone whose data MyKonci holds can request its deletion: a client concierge business, or a guest who exchanged messages or spoke with our assistant by phone.

02How to ask

Send an email to [email protected] stating the phone number or email address concerned, so that we can locate the corresponding data.

03Within what timeframe

Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

A deletion certificate can be provided on request.
