    Create your account

    Go to the signup page. Enter your name, email and a password. You can also sign up directly with Google. Your account is created in seconds and you automatically get a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

    Add your apartment

    From your dashboard, click "Add an apartment". Give it a name (for example "Paris 11 Apartment") and enter the full address. A dedicated phone number is automatically assigned to your apartment. This is the number your guests will use to reach you.

    Fill in the details

    This is the most important step. The more information you provide, the better your assistant will answer. Enter access codes, WiFi, check-in and check-out times, house rules, neighbourhood information, departure instructions, etc. You can edit this information at any time.

    You're live

    Your assistant is operational. It automatically replies to WhatsApp and SMS messages sent to your apartment's dedicated number. If you chose the Comfort plan, it also picks up phone calls. Nothing else to do. You can follow all conversations from your dashboard.
