01Subject matter
These terms of sale ("T&Cs") govern any subscription to the MyKonci service, a connected concierge solution for short-term rental. The service is offered by Dubai company, "MyKonci".
By subscribing to the service, the customer accepts these T&Cs in full, without reservation.
02Service description
MyKonci provides a connected concierge platform for short-term rental professionals and individuals. The service includes, depending on the chosen plan, a multilingual WhatsApp and SMS chatbot, a voice agent available 24/7, an interaction tracking dashboard and a dedicated phone number.
03Plans and pricing
Current prices are as follows (prices including VAT, VAT not applicable under the company's tax regime). MyKonci offers two families of plans: Individual plans (for individual owners) and Professional plans (for concierges, agencies and professional managers).

Professional plans (including Cortex)
Professional plans include the full set of service features (chatbot, voice agent, recordings, transcripts, dashboard) as well as Cortex, MyKonci's conversational intelligence engine (real-time emotional analysis, review predictions, opportunity detection, team coaching, cross-stay guest memory, Telegram alerts, ROI dashboard, continuous per-tenant calibration, without retraining third-party AI models).

Professional plan subscription: a prior 30-minute audit call is always offered before subscription to validate technical compatibility, volumes, Cortex scope and integrations with the customer's channel manager. The precise setup arrangements (onboarding, two-week observation phase, progressive activation) are defined in the subscription agreement.
Usage-based communication costs
Communications are billed on usage, in addition to the monthly subscription, based on operator costs and the technical providers required to deliver the service (in particular Twilio for telephony/SMS/WhatsApp and conversational voice platforms for the voice agent). Indicative prices:
- SMS: around €0.08 per segment
- WhatsApp: around €0.04 per message
- Voice: around €0.25 per minute
These prices are indicative and may vary depending on operators, geographic destinations, volume and the technical setup. Detailed real usage is available at any time from the dashboard.
04Free trial
MyKonci offers a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. During this period, the customer benefits from all features of the chosen plan. At the end of the trial, the customer can subscribe or end the service without any charge.
05Commitment and cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term. The customer can cancel at any time from their dashboard or by email at contact@mykonci.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. No cancellation penalty applies.
06Payment
Payment is made via the secure Stripe platform (PCI-DSS level 1 certified), which handles all banking transactions. Accepted payment methods include:
- Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB)
- SEPA direct debit
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Other payment methods offered by Stripe depending on your country
MyKonci does not store or directly process your banking data: it is transmitted and kept only by Stripe, in line with its own policy.
The subscription is billed monthly, at the start of the period. Usage-based communication costs are billed at the end of the month based on actual usage. Any invoice unpaid after 30 days may lead to suspension of the service after email reminder.
07Right of withdrawal
In line with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer (individual acting for purposes that do not fall within their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity) has a 14-day right of withdrawal from subscription, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer can send their request by email at contact@mykonci.com. In case of withdrawal, MyKonci issues a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the request.
Exclusion for professionals: in line with article L.221-3 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts between professionals, nor to subscriptions to professional plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise). These subscriptions are governed by the contractual provisions negotiated between the parties.
08General liability
MyKonci commits to providing a reliable and available service. In case of failure, MyKonci's liability is capped at the total amount actually paid by the customer over the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
MyKonci cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of turnover or data resulting from the use or inability to use the service, except in case of gross or intentional misconduct.
09Nature of the service and human oversight of AI
The Service relies on generative artificial intelligence and natural-language-processing models, which produce outputs of a probabilistic nature. These outputs include:
- Replies generated by the chatbot and voice agent to guests;
- Analyses, scores, predictions and recommendations produced by Cortex (professional plans).
The customer acknowledges and accepts that these outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors or biases inherent to AI systems, and that no technology can guarantee a 100% accurate result. MyKonci implements due diligence to limit these risks (prompt framing, restriction to information provided by the customer, escalation to a human in case of doubt, continuous learning).
Human oversight. The customer retains final human oversight of the Service. In particular, it is their responsibility to: verify and keep up to date the information provided to MyKonci (access codes, instructions, rules, etc.); configure alert and escalation features; oversee Cortex recommendations before any operational action; train their teams to use the Service.
No automated decision. The Service does not make decisions producing legal or significant effects on guests within the meaning of article 22 of the GDPR without human intervention. If the customer enables an automation feature (for example automatic message sending), they take on responsibility within the meaning of the GDPR and must provide an opt-out mechanism for the guests concerned.
AI-specific liability limitation. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, MyKonci cannot be held liable for: (i) the exact content of AI-generated replies to guests, provided that these replies rely on the information provided by the customer; (ii) decisions made by the customer or their teams based on Cortex recommendations or scores; (iii) loss of opportunity, turnover or reputation resulting from such decisions. MyKonci remains liable in case of a major technical failure of the Service or characterised breach of these T&Cs.
10Data protection and processing (DPA)
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA), article 28 GDPR. For processing operations where MyKonci acts as processor (final guest data), a data processing agreement compliant with article 28 of the GDPR is entered into with the customer at subscription. The DPA covers in particular: the subject matter and duration of the processing, its nature and purpose, the categories of data and persons concerned, the security obligations, the management of sub-processors, obligations in case of breach, and end-of-contract arrangements (reversibility, deletion). The DPA is available and downloadable at mykonci.com/dpa and is automatically appended to the subscription contract.
11Changes to the T&Cs
MyKonci may change these T&Cs to reflect changes in pricing, features, regulations or commercial practices. Any substantial change is notified to the Customer by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
In case of disagreement, the Customer can cancel their subscription without penalty before the effective date of the new T&Cs, by email at contact@mykonci.com. Continued use of the Service beyond that date constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs. Changes required by a legal or regulatory obligation apply immediately.
12Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by applicable case law, in particular: natural disasters, armed conflicts, terrorist acts, pandemics, government decisions, widespread outages of public telecommunications networks, infrastructure provider outages (host, operators, AI providers), massive unprecedented cyber-attacks.
The prevented party notifies the other party as soon as possible and the parties consult to limit the impact. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party can cancel the contract without penalty.
13Governing law and disputes
MyKonci is an entity established in the United Arab Emirates. The contractual relationships between MyKonci and its customers are governed by the law applicable at the place of establishment of the company.
However, for consumer customers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of consumer law of the customer's country of residence apply, in line with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). This includes rights relating to withdrawal, pre-contractual information and legal guarantees.
In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution for at least 30 days. Failing that:
- EU-resident consumer customers: jurisdictions of the consumer's place of residence are competent (Brussels I bis Regulation). Recourse available via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- Professional customers: exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris (France), unless a specific jurisdiction clause is agreed in a particular contract.
